JOB DETAILS:
Background information about the job or company:
Coptic Hospital is hiring an Intensive Critical Care Nurse to join the ICU team, providing specialized care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage patients with life-threatening conditions
- Administer medications and operate life-support equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing with ICU specialization or relevant experience
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia
- Valid Practicing License
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Experience needed:
A minimum of 3 years working experience in Intensive Critical Care Nurse.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
