JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an Internal Sales Assistant to assist with related Internal Sales related activities.
Sales Assistant duties include completing RFQ’s, negotiating with suppliers and assisting External Team with quote requirements.
• The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
• Sales Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Completing RFQ’s within timeline.
• Supplier negotiations and product searches.
• Assistance with maintaining stock quantities and fast-moving items.
• General front office admin assistance
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
• Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience in Internal Sales, mining electrical products experience will be added advantage.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English and Computer literate
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
