Brief introduction
Zambia-China Economic & Trade Cooperation Zone Development Limited (ZCCZ) is the 1st declared MFEZ in Zambia by the Zambian government. We are working to develop two Multi-Functional Economic Zones in both Chambishi and Lusaka through the construction of infrastructure and the attraction of Foreign Direct investment.
Job Summary:
The Investment Promotion Assistant will support the department in investment promotion, client communication, document preparation, and daily administrative coordination. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with both internal and external work arrangements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in communicating with potential investors and business partners.
- Support the preparation of company profiles, investment promotion materials, presentations, reports, and meeting documents.
- Help arrange visits, meetings, inspections, and business reception activities.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating information on clients, projects, land, workshops, and leasing matters.
- Follow up on basic contract signing, rent collection, invoice application, and related document filing.
- Support daily coordination between the department and other departments, clients, government agencies, and service providers.
- Assist in market research, exhibition information collection, and investment promotion activities.
- Assist in liaising and communicating with relevant government authorities and regulatory departments on daily coordination, information submission, policy consultation, and related matters.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship/work experience are welcome.
