Invitation to Register as a Supplier NFC Africa
AS A SUPPLIER NFC Africa Mining Plc (NFCA) is a mining company whose core business is the mining and processing of copper. It is situated in Chambishi township of Kalulushi District on the Copperbelt. NFCA operates two mine sites, the Main and West Ore Body (MWOB) and the newer South East Ore Body (SEOB).
NFCA invites interested eligible Firms to register as Suppliers for the year 2023 in various supplier categories. The fourteen categories are:- Drilling Tools, Cement & Lime, Steel Materials, Fuel (Diesel & Petrol), Lubricants (Engine Oil, Gear Oil, etc.), Explosives (Underground mining), Timber, Electrical Products (cables, switches, fuses, electric components etc.), Stationary, Cleaning Materials, PPE (work suits, rain suits, boots, gloves etc.), Spares (for underground vehicles, hoist machines, loaders etc.), Hardware and others (state the nature).

REQUIREMENTS
This invitation is open to firms that are registered in Zambia. Companies that are already registered with NFCA need to re-apply. The following are the requirements:
1. Full Company Profile to include
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Share Capital
- PACRA Annual Return Compliance
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Tax Payer Identification
- National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA)
- Workers Compensation Fund Control Board
- Any other relevant legal documents required for their nature of business.
Submission Procedure
2. Applicants should, in addition, attach an application letter for Registration addressed to the Manager Supply. The letter should state the category in which the applicant is applying. If more than one category, the applicant should state the order of preference of the categories. (maximum four categories)
3. The documents must be sealed and deposited in the tender box at NFCA South East Ore Body (SEOB) Main Gate.
