REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE YEAR 2025 – 2026
Kids Alive International is a Christ-centered organization that believes every child, even those with the most challenging needs, is a priority to God and far too many are overlooked, unheard, exploited, and threatened. It started its operations in Zambia in 2001 and currently runs programs in Lusaka and Mongu.
Kids Alive International Zambia invites reputable and eligible companies to express interest in registering as suppliers in order to provide Goods and Services listed below for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

1. GOODS
a. Food – fresh and dry
b. Children’s Clothing & Shoes
c. Office Equipment and Furniture,
d. Household furniture and accessories
e. Health, Drugs & Medical (Equipment and Supplies)
f. IT Hardware

2. SERVICES
a. Printing/design, translation and
b. Courier services (to Mongu)
c. Pest control services
d. Property maintenance (plumbing, electrical etc.)
e. Motor vehicle repairs and maintenance
f. Maintenance of fire equipment and
g. Maintenance of IT equipment (including LAN, copiers, printers, computers etc.)
h. Catering Services
i. Transport Services (hire of vehicles)
j. Airfare – Travel Tickets
k. Employee Training, Capacity Development

*Note that applicates are not allowed to participate in more than four lots. *

All prospective applicants must send their:

• Company profiles (clearly stating the current physical address, contact telephone number and valid email address)
• Most recent accounts (audited if available) or six months bank statement. (Companies registered for six months or less should provide all available bank statements)
• Certificate of registration/incorporation.
• ZRA registration certificate; valid tax clearance certificate.
• Proof of past and current trade references.
• All relevant statutory documents for the business related to your trade
• Ability to supply goods and services in Mongu or Lusaka or both
  For IT Services, suppliers should show proof of being accredited as either support centers or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.

Suppliers of medical supplies should show appropriate certification including registration with Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA).

All company submissions for Registration of Suppliers should be submitted via email KAZRecruit@kidsalive.org clearly marked on; “Registration of Suppliers for year 2025-2026” and the category being applied for.

If suppliers are able to supply goods in more than one category, please send a submission for each category. Submission must be received no later than 16:30hrs on 14th March 2025.

Late submissions will not be considered.
