Background
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Data & Operations Assistant to support daily administrative, reporting, and system-related tasks. The role is ideal for someone local with strong analytical skills, ability to learn fast, and motivation to grow in the mining/industrial environment.
The assistant will work closely with the Data & Operations Lead to ensure accurate reporting, smooth coordination between departments, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
