Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients as their main point of contact.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for internal and client use.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Strategically grow revenue within existing accounts and explore new business opportunities.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • High commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Sales (distribution/FMCG preferred).
  • Experience with large retail/wholesale accounts is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
