JOB DETAILS:
Mungo Villas Apartments, a leading hospitality venue in Lusaka offering accommodation, event spaces, bar, and restaurant services, is seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary operations.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Proficient in cooking Zambian and International cuisine
- Background in Hotel Management and Food Catering (certificate or diploma preferred)
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and event-based meal service
- Computer literate – able to use a PC for basic kitchen documentation, inventory tracking, and digital communication
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Reliable, organized, and passionate about hospitality
Note: Applicants with less than 5 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
