JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
Able to work independently.
Maintaining Lab equipment and calibration of Lab equipment
Preparing standard solutions
Documentation (Record keeping)
Maintaining plant and personal Hygiene
Monitor & analyse package quality.
Control quality in blown bottles-sampling and testing according to incoming inspection protocols
Communicate any non-conformances to your immediate supervisor.
Ensure that non-conforming materials are segregated, identified and marked as per non-conforming material procedure.
Monitor & Analyse process and product quality
Control quality in syrup making-sampling and testing is done according to required sampling methods and testing protocols
Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System, including Policies, work instructions, work aids etc. are complied with and participate in quality improvement projects
Maintain Safety, Health & Environment Standards
Must have a Diploma of Science in Laboratory Technology or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
