JOB DETAILS:
Location: Zambia

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising the testing of construction materials such as soil, asphalt, and concrete in the site laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage laboratory operations and staff.
- Conduct and validate material tests.
- Maintain equipment and calibration schedules.
- Prepare technical reports and data analysis.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of laboratory experience in construction.
- Strong understanding of material testing standards (ASTM, BS, etc.).
- Excellent record-keeping and analytical skills.
