About Us:
Jerome Fleischer Home is a compassionate and nurturing environment dedicated to providing love, care, and support to children in need. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Lead Mother to join our team and help us create a safe and loving space for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to the children.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
Plan and prepare meals according to the nutritional needs of the children.
Oversee the general well-being of children, including health, education, and recreation.
Serve as a mentor and role model for children by fostering discipline, good manners, and life

• skills.
Communicate with other staff members to ensure the children’s needs are met.
• Qualifications and Skills Required:
• A diploma or degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Prior experience working with children, especially in a care-giving, educational, or social work role.
Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle emergencies calmly.
A nurturing personality with a genuine love for children.
Certification in First Aid is an added advantage.
