JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver engineering and effective lesson plans and schemes of work.
· Conduct both theoretical and practical lessons in automotive engineering.
· Prepare and conduct assessments and examinations.
· Maintain a conducive learning environment in the classroom and workshop.
· Provide guidance and support to students, including counselling on academic and social matters.
· Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methods.
· Engage in research and scholarly activities to enhance the academic reputation of the institution.
· Securing internship and industrial attachment for the learners.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of a Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent.
· Teaching Methodology qualification is a requirement.
· Accreditation to TEVETA is preferred.
· At least 5 years of experience in lecturing or teaching in the automotive field.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to maintain discipline and manage classroom activities effectively.
· Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
