JOB DETAILS:
Overview
Main Duties:
1. Design, prepare and develop courses and teaching materials.
2. develop and implement new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research.
3. deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars.
4. assess students coursework.
5. set and mark examinations.
6. support students through an advisory role.
7. undertake personal research projects and actively contribute to the university’s research profile.
8. prepare proposals to attract funding to your department for a range of research projects.
9. carry out administrative tasks related to the department, such as induction programs and involvement in committees and boards.
10. contribute to professional conferences and seminars in your field of expertise.
11. establish collaborative links with other institutions, as well as with industrial, commercial and public organizations.
12. participate in staff training activities.
13. carry out other assignment as may be assigned by the supervisor or the University, from time to time.

Requirments
1. Bachelors in Clinical Medicine.
2. Minimum 2 years teaching experience in medical courses
3. should be registered with Health Professional Council of Zambia (HPCZ).
4. Must have a valid practicing license for 2022.
5. certificate in teaching methodology or medical education.
