Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal guidance to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, minimize risk, and support business decisions with sound legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to management on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
– Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
– Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions where necessary.
– Monitor legislative changes and advise on potential impacts on business operations.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
– Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
– Conduct legal research and prepare reports or memoranda on various legal topics.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Diploma or Law Degree is a must
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
– Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
