JOB DETAILS:
To provide expert legal advice by ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in handling all legal matters affecting ZABS.
• Provide legal advice on Standards Act compliance, contracts, and dispute resolution
• Interpret laws/regulations and ensure organizational compliance
• Represent ZABS in litigation/arbitration proceedings
• Develop legal compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies
• Assist in Board secretarial duties
Applicants must have at least the following
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• ZAQA-verified qualifications
• Advocate of the High Court of Zambia (7+ years litigation experience)
• Member of Law Association of Zambia (LAZ)
• Management and leadership skills
