Background

Mulungushi Village Complex company is a real estate and hospitality company established by the Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ). MVCL was incorporated in 2006 as a limited liability company under the Companies Act, Cap 386 of the Laws of Zambia and is a subsidiary of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). In its pursuit to remain a premier choice for long‑ and short‑stay accommodation, conference, and banqueting services, MVCL seeks to appoint dynamic, motivated, and proactive professionals to fill the vacancies in the following positions:

Legal Counsel - MVCL 3 (1 Position)

Minimum Academic / Professional Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Master’s degree in law or related field will be an added advantage
• Advocate of the High Court of Zambia
• Member of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ)
• Clearance of academic and professional qualifications by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZQA)

Relevant Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years’ post-qualification experience at the bar

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
