About the Role
Congress Network Zambia is seeking a reliable and experienced Light Truck Driver to join our dynamic events and logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of equipment and logistics operations for local and cross-border projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver equipment and materials to both local and international project sites
- Handle INTERPOL and customs clearance procedures for vehicles and goods
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, perform basic maintenance, and report safety issues
- Maintain accurate mileage logs and assist event teams during on-site operations
- Ensure professional conduct, adherence to timelines, and safe driving practices at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid Class C Driver’s License
- 5–7 years of proven driving experience
- Certificate in Mechanics from a recognized institution
- 2–5 years’ experience in cross-border driving and customs clearance
- Fluent in English (able to read and write proficiently)
- Aged between 25 and 35 years
- Strong understanding of vehicle fitness, road tax, insurance, and clearance processes
- Must possess a valid passport

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited while on duty. Any breach will result in immediate dismissal.
