JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview

A loader operator is responsible for operating and driving multi-wheeled heavy vehicles to transport goods and services from the distribution centers to various locations. Loader operators must have excellent driving skills and a clean driving record to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to Load materials and perform other duties in the loading area
• Operation of off-highway equipment within the facility
• Other duties may include the operation of off-road mobile equipment such as shipping loaders, pit loaders, dozers, graders, excavators, crane
• Troubleshoot and problem solving (equipment operation/repair,)
• Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisor

Preferred candidate qualifications & experience

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Working Experience – 3 years in mining environment
• Certificate in Loader operator/excavator operator
• Operating Permit.
• Operating heavy equipment
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: professional certificate
