We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Loan Officer. This role is a critical point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing loan applications, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of lending principles, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence -Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction (phone, email, in-person).
• Loan Origination and Processing -Guide prospective clients through the loan application process, collecting required documentation and assessing creditworthiness
• Portfolio Management -Maintain regular contact with existing clients, monitoring loan repayment schedules, addressing delinquencies, and identifying opportunities for additional financial services.
• Compliance and Reporting - Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical lending practices, maintaining accurate records and submitting timely reports as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Certificate in Business or Related Fields
• At least one year relevant experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Must have no criminal record, should pass background check
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct
