Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Officers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring timely repayment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 60% fieldwork to identify and acquire new clients
• Evaluate loan applications and conduct creditworthiness assessments
• Disburse loans and monitor repayment schedules
• Enforce repayment plans and manage defaulters
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Meet monthly sales targets and portfolio growth objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any other related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills

Remuneration:

• Monthly salary: ZMW 2000
