JOB DETAILS:

Background

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lodge and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Based in Solwezi/Lumwana

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day lodge operations
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest experiences
• Handle bookings, check-ins, and guest inquiries
• Monitor lodge finances, stock control, and reporting
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
• Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lodge, hotel, hospitality, or guesthouse management
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Computer literacy (email, bookings, reports, Microsoft Office)
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's licence will be an added advantage

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
