Overview:
We seek a Lodge Manager with hospitality management and chef experience to oversee operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lodge operations, budgets, staff, and guest services.
• Plan menus, prepare meals, and oversee kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle guest relations.
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• 3+ years in hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, culinary, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in hospitality software and MS Office.
