JOB DETAILS:

As a Logistics Driver with Livestock Services, you will be responsible for operating 10-tonne trucks or similar heavy commercial vehicles. Your role is critical in maintaining efficient delivery schedules while upholding stringent road safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate 10-tonne trucks or equivalent heavy commercial vehicles, adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Manage and execute delivery schedules to ensure goods are transported and handled responsibly.
• Maintain compliance with all road safety requirements and company policies.
• Preserve a clean driving record and demonstrate strong awareness of road safety practices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Perform reliably under pressure, adapting to dynamic operational demands.

Minimum Requirements for Logistics Driver Jobs in Lusaka

• Valid driver’s licence with Passenger Service Vehicle (PSV) endorsement and heavy vehicle classification.
• Proven experience operating 10-tonne trucks or similar heavy commercial vehicles.
• Clean and verifiable driving record.
• Strong commitment to road safety and defensive driving principles.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
