Material Receiving & Inspection

Coordinate delivery and unloading of project equipment and materials. Conduct receiving checks against purchase orders, packing lists, delivery notes, and shipping documentation. Coordinate inspection of materials with the Client, Consulting Engineer, subcontractors. Prepare and maintain unpacking and receiving reports. Safety & Team Coordination

Coordinate daily activities of logistics support personnel and subcontractors. Conduct or facilitate toolbox talks before material-handling operations. Ensure safe loading, unloading, lifting and storage practices. Work closely with the Project HSE team to control logistics-related risks. Prevent unsafe material-handling practices, damage to equipment and avoidable personnel injuries. Ensure proper management of damaged, rejected, obsolete and non-conforming materials.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse Management or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years' experience in logistics, warehouse or materials management. Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, renewable energy or solar PV projects will be a strong advantage.
