JOB DETAILS:
Operational Tasks
• To prevent any form of shrinkage in the store as a result of damages, thefts. misuse, fire etc.
• Ensure external security officers are working according to company set standard.
• Supervise the frontline controller and CCTV operator.
• Counter check stock received in the receiving department if the right quantity is correctly received both in the system and paper work.
• Ensure that stock dispatched in the dispatch department is correctly dispatched.
• Minimise stock damage and if it happens ensure the set procedure of recording damages is followed.
• Ensure that verification is done before stock adjustment is done in the system.
• Helping in stock taking.
• Ensure set health and safety preoccupation is followed at work.
• Any other related duties delegated to you.
