Job Overview
The MSME Client Officer is responsible for managing the Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) loan activities as per AMZ policies, procedures and guidelines:
• Recruitment of MSME clients.
• Loan assessments for MSME clients
• Managing the MSME loan portfolio.
• In doing all this, complying with the Operations Policy and Procedures and maintaining good relations with clients as well as accurate records.

Requirements
• Good written and spoken English and ability to speak the local language in the respective area
• Strong commitment to work in the field
• Ability to ride a motorbike or strong willingness to learn as it is the only mode of transport
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Good analytical, calculation and explanation of numbers
• A Police Clearance Certificate will be required upon being offered the job
