We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and well organized individual to fill a vacancy for position of Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities and expectations
• Track and verify expenditures in all areas of maintenance and other running costs.
• Ensure the objectives of the organisation and targets of the
• Maintenance department are met.
• Track all equipment and supplies
• Monitor and reconcile inventory
• Initiate regular spot checks.
• Lead procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
• Oversee and ensure compliance and consistent standards
• Ensure maintenance reports are submitted timely and accurately, monitor and make appropriate follow-ups.

Requirements:
• Candidates should have a relevant university degree in conjunction with 10+ years applicable work experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Strong ethics and inter-personal skills.
