JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:

To manage and optimize the Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and field instrumentation ensuring precise control of process parameters (temperature, pressure, level, flow).

Key Responsibilities:

Automation: Maintain and modify DCS/PLC logic (Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa) to improve process efficiency.

Field Devices: Calibrate and maintain transmitters, control valves, and density meters (Nucleonic/Microwave).

System Security: Ensure cybersecurity of industrial control systems.

Loop Tuning: Optimize PID loops to reduce process variability and stabilize boiling house operations.

New Projects: Integrate new instrumentation into the existing DCS infrastructure.

Documentation: Update P&IDs and loop drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

10-12 years of experience in process automation.

Strong knowledge of Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, and HART protocols.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
