JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to the Head Operations, the job holder will:
Develop and implement a Branch Operationsplan that facilitate the delivery of Quality products and excellent Customer service delivery across the bank's branch network including cash contras and Telier Implant Services as well as develop and sustaina Customer focused service delivery organisation
Summary of the Main Duties and accountabilities
The Job Holder will carry out the following duties among others:
• Participate in the Strategic Planning in the Department
• Support Branch Operations and risk Management
• Adhere to gations set by Regulatory Bodies; and
• Conduct Performance Management for subordinate staff

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or the GCE Equivalent
• Degree in Banking or relevant field
• Minimum of Fheis Years' Industry experiencexpertise
• At least To 12 Years in a Managerial role MBA, an added advantage

Skills Required to Undertake the Role
Knowledge and experience in diving branch innovation
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
Experience in people management m experience in strategic planning
Information technology skills Jo Analytical skills pusiering skills
