JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in resource management or control within the construction industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient use and control of project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Supervise teams and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
