Responsibilities or duties

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to promote and market our apartments in Lusaka. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and able to attract potential tenants through various marketing strategies.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Must be based in Woodlands, Chalala, Chilenje, or Kabwata
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
• Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate marketing is an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to use social media and digital marketing platforms
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
