Job Summary

We're seeking motivated and results-driven Marketing And Operations Officer to join our team on the Copperbelt Province. As a marketing and operations officer, you will be in charge of marketing and managing operations on the Copperbelt Province.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selling products/services to customers both via direct marketing and on social media.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct product demonstrations or presentations
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Learn and stay up-to-date on product knowledge
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
• Manage operations on the Copperbelt Province.
• Perform any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

1. Must have a degree or a diploma in a degree business, marketing, or related field
2. Having at least 3 years relevant experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. Must have the ability to work under minimum supervision.
6. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
