Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and executing sales initiatives. Additional duties include cultivating client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with the team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, websites, and social media channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Manage and grow the company’s brand identity and public image
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, vendors)
- Organize promotional activities, product launches, and corporate events
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral and lead-generation initiatives
- Tender/Bid Preparation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in Sales and marketing role (digital marketing experience is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possession of driver’s License is added advantage
- Must be proficient in computers with knowledge use of Microsoft word or Excel
- Use of Project Management software will be added advantage
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop strategies and analyze market trends
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills with a focus on driving business success
