Background

This department handles the day-to-day operations that keep the entire organization running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the facility.
  • Communication Hub: Handling incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and mail; serving as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Record Keeping & Data Management: Maintaining both physical and digital filing systems for employee records, contracts, and other important documents.
  • Human Resources (HR) Functions: Managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee records, and performance reviews.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organizing meetings, booking travel, and managing executives' calendars.
  • Financial Administration: Assisting with bookkeeping, processing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.
