We specialize in cinematic storytelling, high-end visual production, and strategic brand growth.
We are looking for bold, disciplined, and visionary creatives to help us elevate our clients to the next level.
OPEN POSITIONS
1. Lead Photographer & Videographer
The Role: Beyond standard vlogging; we need cinematic lifestyle, product content and video editing.
Requirements: Mastery of lighting, color grading, video editing and high-end visual storytelling. Experience in the art, culture, food/beverage or luxury lifestyle sector is a plus.
Key Task: Transforming a brand’s essence into "visual poetry" for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Marketing Executive
The Role: The bridge between creative vision and business results. You will oversee digital strategy, influencer partnerships and campaign rollouts.
Requirements: Strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the Zambian and Sub-Saharan digital landscape.
Key Task: Executing 360-degree marketing calendars with precision.
3. Copywriter
The Role: Crafting the "voice" of our brands. From poetic scriptwriting for cinematic ads to punchy SEO-driven captions.
Requirements: Ability to shift tone between artisanal coffee roasteries, luxury wine distributors, and corporate technical workshops.
Key Task: Turning strategy into compelling, high-converting narratives.
4. Market Researcher
The Role: Providing the data that fuels our creativity. You’ll analyze consumer behavior, competitor trends (local and regional), and value chains.
Requirements: Strong analytical skills and experience in qualitative/quantitative research.
Key Task: Mapping out the retail and wholesale landscape for our diverse client portfolio.
5 . Graphics Designer and Art Director
Focus: Visual Identity and Conceptual Depth
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual direction for brand launches and digital campaigns.
- Create everything from high-end print menus to motion graphics for social media.
- Collaborate with the videographer to ensure a consistent "cinematic" look across all assets.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- A portfolio that shows a mix of corporate professionalism and creative "soul."
- Experience in Art Direction (guiding the "look and feel" of a project).
