SUMMARY OF ROLE:

This is a supporting role to the Marketing & Sales Manager who has the mandate to enhance the airline’s Brand Visibility and Corporate Image, PR Activities, Digital and Traditional advertising and promotions, managing marketing suppliers, trade and customers to meet the Commercial Sales Targets and promote the Proflight Zambia product.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate

Tertiary qualifications are an advantage

Previous experience in a marketing role minimum 2 years

Zambia Institute of Marketing registration is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/software

Knowledge or qualification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage

SKILLS:

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Marketing

Strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail

Must have good Interpersonal skills and English proficiency

Flexibility and ability to multitask and work under pressure

Knowledge of aviation and/ or travel industry trends and regulations advantageous

Graphic/ Design skills would be an advantage

Interview candidates will be expected to take a short Word, Excel and PowerPoint and computer literacy test during the interview.
