Job Description:
We are hiring a Mechanical Technician/Engineer to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery. The role demands strong technical skills and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Read technical manuals and engineering drawings.
  • Ensure all machinery operates efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with other departments for equipment optimization.
  • Maintain documentation of repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical systems, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance protocols.
  • EIZ membership is a plus.

Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent is preferred. Strong understanding of safety laws and regulations. Excellent communication and training skills. Member of relevant professional body is a plus.
