JOB DETAILS:
Location: Lusaka
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a practical and knowledgeable Mechanics and Machine Operator Lecturer to train students in mechanical systems, machinery operation, and maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide theoretical and practical instruction in mechanical operations
- Train students on safe and effective machine operation
- Conduct performance assessments and practical tests
- Maintain equipment and workshop safety
Qualifications and Skills:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanics, or related field
- TEVETA Trainer/Assessor Accreditation (required)
- At least 5 years’ industry experience in mechanical work and operations
- Teaching Methodology training is a plus
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: associate degree
