Job Overview
We are launching a brand-new Media Department and are looking for the first Media Department Manager. You will be fully responsible for department operation, team building, content planning, brand promotion and social media management, leading the team to enhance the company’s brand influence and support real estate business growth.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in short video production (shooting, editing, copywriting and post-production).
- Familiar with mainstream social media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- Solid experience in media operation, brand promotion and marketing planning.
- Strong team management, communication and cross-department coordination skills.
- Keen market sense, able to create high-quality and high-traffic content.
- Fluent in English; Chinese language ability is a big advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Marketing or above aged 25–35, reliable and willing for long-term development.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate media department strategies, work rules, monthly and annual targets.
- Lead the media team, responsible for recruitment, training and daily management.
- Plan and produce short videos, graphics and copy for brand and real estate projects.
- Operate company social media accounts, increase followers and engagement.
- Cooperate with other departments to support project promotion and events.
- Analyze data, optimize content strategies and improve brand influence.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly GROSS salary:12,000–15,000 Kwacha
- High performance commission, quarterly bonus and year-end bonus.
- Independent management authority over the Media Department.
- Large Chinese-funded platform, abundant resources and generous benefits.
