Qualification and Experience

Must have at least a first degree in Insurance or business-related qualification.

Diploma in Insurance (added advantage)

At least 2–3 years experience in insurance related role.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to coach and motivate teams.

• Registering all member application forms when received
• Underwriting of all forms
• Loading new business and member application forms timely and accurately
• Activation of new members and inclusions
• Deactivation of members
• Communicating membership rules to clients
• Conducting membership reconciliations
• Handle all client related queries and Correspondence and escalate to relevant department when necessary
• Continually improve and maintain high service levels
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Deliver client-centric processes and solutions
• Attend to walk in clients and provide the necessary assistance
• Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders
• Take ownership for driving own career development
• Positively influence and participate in change initiatives
• Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency
• Manage financial and other company resources under his or her control
