Background

Mining Limited is a Zambian company focused on developing and managing mining projects, established in 2017. Since formation, we have worked to build our operations and pursue growth opportunities in the resource sector, with the aim of delivering sustainable mining outcomes and value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates all aspects of mine operations as the most senior operational role at the site.
• Ensures strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies as well as governmental regulations.
• Strengthens the safety culture, drives operational excellence, and fosters collaboration across departments.
• Develops short and long-term mine plans to optimize performance and asset reliability.
• Oversees the mine budget, manages the operational team, and ensures all production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) O-Level credits or better
• Willing to work shifts and overtime as required
• Good communication skills
• Age 18 years and above
