Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for performing pre-start equipment checks, monitoring operational performance, identifying and reporting defects, and supporting routine maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency in mining operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of Grade 12 certificate.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
• Proven experience and proficiency in operating the relevant heavy equipment or supervising mining activities.
• Capability to conduct basic equipment maintenance and inspections to detect and report faults.
• Possession of valid operator certifications or licenses for heavy machinery.
• Additional training or certification in mining operations is advantageous.
