The ideal candidate should have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and other handheld electronic devices. The successful applicant must be confident working with both hardware and software issues and possess excellent micro-soldering skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, microphone, and button replacements.
• Carry out motherboard-level repairs and micro-soldering where required.
• Diagnose and repair charging, power, display, and water damage issues.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot device software and operating systems.
• Test repaired devices to ensure they meet quality standards before returning them to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair workstation.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and completed jobs.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options and estimated completion times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience repairing smartphones, tablets, and similar electronic devices.
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
• Proven experience with micro-soldering and motherboard repairs.
• Ability to diagnose both hardware and software faults accurately.
• Experience using professional repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
