MONITORING AND EVALUATION (M&E) MANAGER (X1)
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Demography or Public Health. Must have a General Education Qualification (GCE) with full school certificate or “O” levels in English, Mathematics and Science Subjects. A Masters qualification an added advantage.
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation with a reputable organization. Working with a donor funded program an added advantage.
• Experience working with computer statistical packages such as STA TA and familiarity with M&E reporting is a must.
• Must be mature, professionally independent, self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders for progress in achieving goals and objectives.
