JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a motor grader efficiently for road construction, leveling, and finishing works.
• Carry out grading according to specified designs, slopes, and alignment.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure proper maintenance of the grader.
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to achieve project targets.
• Comply with all safety, health, and environmental standards as per Sinohydro regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• Valid Heavy-Duty Equipment Operator’s License (preferably Class G).
• At least 3 years of proven experience operating motor graders on road construction projects.
• Knowledge of road construction procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
