Job Summary:
The Motor Sales Manager leads the sales team at a car dealership, driving revenue by developing sales strategies, coaching sales staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and set targets for the sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct sales meetings.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the fleet manager.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to final delivery and financing.
  • Handle complex customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and adjust strategies.
  • Ensure showroom presentation and customer experience meet brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the auto sales process and financing.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
