JOB DETAILS:
A Zambian company is seeking a highly driven and experienced Motor Sales Manager to lead and grow its automotive sales division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and market share growth.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns for motor sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the motor industry, including sales trends and customer preferences.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet business targets.
