ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motor Bike Rider located in Lusaka. The Bike Rider will be responsible for delivering foods and administrative documents correspondence to various clients and office locations, ensuring timely and efficient service. Day-to-day tasks include planning delivery routes, maintaining delivery log records, ensuring the safekeeping of delivered items, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Motor Bike Rider and delivery person
- Good knowledge of the Lusaka area and efficient route planning skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid A’ driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in Hospitality industry is a high plus
- Secondary school Certificate or any college diploma
- Must be a resident near the company.
This is a night-time, off-site role located in Lusaka for a Manual and Automatic Driver at MAKAI BAR AND RESTAURANT. The driver will be responsible for transporting goods and staffs securely and efficiently between various locations. Key tasks include driving vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and safety procedures, communicating effectively with dispatch, customers and employees, and providing excellent service to staff members. The driver will also be responsible for ensuring the vehicle is maintained and in good working condition.
