1. Site Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction/Building Science
• Three (3) years of work experience in construction projects
• Must have a valid EIZ practicing license
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

2. Site Foreman
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction/Building Science
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience
• Must have a valid EIZ practicing license
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site activities effectively

3. Environmental Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Environmental Engineering
• Two (2) years of experience in environmental management on construction sites
• Knowledge of environmental laws and compliance standards

4. Steel Fixer
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Certificate in steel fixing or any related qualification
• Two (2) years of hands-on experience in steel reinforcement and fixing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

5. Roads Foreman
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma in Roads Construction or any related qualification
• Two (2) years of work experience in road construction and maintenance
• Strong project management and leadership skills

6. Safety Officer
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Certificate in Health and Safety
• Two (2) years of work experience in construction safety management
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations

7. Building Officer
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Certificate in Bricklaying and Plastering or any related qualification
• Two (2) years of hands-on experience in building
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
