Workshop Foreman X02
Mechanics X03
Panel Beater X02
Tyre Fitter X02
Workshop Foreman – Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Supervise and guide a team of technicians and mechanics.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and address any safety hazards promptly.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Mechanics – Responsibilities:
• General Maintenance and Repair
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
Safety and Compliance
Panel Beater – Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Repair and Restoration
Tyre Fitter – Responsibilities:
• Tire Mounting and Balancing
Tire Repair and Replacement
